Church Services

     Today we went to two churches. We went to the daughter church, Mahapawn Baan Paeo. Pastor Sittichai is their pastor. We had a time of worship, testimony time where Lee shared his testimony, and we played in the service as well. We took a group picture and had lunch together with the church family before leaving for the afternoon worship service.

     The 2:30 p.m. service was at the mother church, Mahapawn Living Water. Their pastor played with the worship team as the drummer and preached a message on the “Trust in the Lord with All of Our Hearts.” Ed, our tuba player shared his testimony and we played special music that was well received by the congregation. To close the service, our IWs, Ed and Sue Danneker shared with the congregation about the upcoming activities and events for this week.  These are intentional activities that reach into the communities.  

     These two services gave us a glimpse of what it will be like in heaven. “a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb” worshipping our Lord and Savior. Today was a blessing to meet the pastors and the people of the churches that we have prayed for in these past years.

     Thank you for praying for us. We all had a great night of sleep after our days of travel. The services went well and we were blessed to be a part of them. Please continue to pray for our health and strength. Everyone is feeling good at this time, even with eating different and spicy foods. Please pray for us as we meet the different pastors and IWs tomorrow, for planning and preparation of the events of the week.
